This document confirms the characteristics of the diamond (carat weight, cut, clarity) and the metal used (750 gold, platinum or 925 silver). You have 30 days from receipt to make a return. The piece must be unworn, in its original condition and returned in its original box. Returns within the UK are free of charge with a prepaid label provided. For international returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
