Our pieces may be available immediately or require a creation lead time.

These creations are available immediately and dispatched as soon as your order is confirmed.

These pieces are crafted especially for you. They are clearly indicated below the "Add to cart" button.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production.

Is the lead time too long? Reach out to our team at bonjour@mayuri.fr. We can offer express production and will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

We produce our pieces in limited quantities. For select creations, we offer the option to pre-order and reserve your piece. The estimated delivery date is shown below the "Add to cart" button on the relevant product page.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We prepare orders Monday through Friday.

Dispatch times (Paris time):

• Order placed before 6:00 am: dispatched the same day
• Order placed after 6:00 am: dispatched the following day

Colissimo with Signature
Your jewel is delivered directly to you within 48 hours. Free, with no minimum purchase.

Colissimo Pickup Point
Collect your order from the pickup point of your choice within 48 hours. Free, with no minimum purchase.

DHL Express
Express delivery within 24 hours of dispatch. Free from €1,500, otherwise €14.95.

All our shipments are insured against theft and loss.

You have 30 days from receipt to return your jewel.

We review every return with care. The piece must be intact, unworn and in its original packaging.
