Step 2: your jewelry modeled in 3D (optional)
Check every detail before production
Our designer models your jewelry in 3D so you can validate the proportions, choice of stones and overall rendering. You can request adjustments until the result suits you perfectly.
€85 deducted from the order
This step costs €85, fully deducted if you proceed with production. Timeline: approximately one week. For a simple customization of an existing model, the mockup is not essential.
Step 3: the art of handcraft
Each jewel is crafted by our jewelers
Metal casting, stone cutting and setting, polishing and final inspection: each step is performed by hand in our workshop. Materials are selected with the same rigor, whether your jewelry is in gold, platinum or silver.
Between 3 and 5 weeks
Production takes approximately 3 weeks for an adaptation from our catalog, and up to 5 weeks for an entirely new piece.
Step 4: a jewel ready to be lived
Delivered in its Mayuri case
Your jewelry arrives protected in its velvet case, with its zippered pouch, care cloth and certificate of authenticity. Ready to be worn or gifted.

What jewelry pieces can you create custom?
We create all types of fine jewelry: rings (wedding bands, engagement, signet), earrings (studs, hoops, drop), bracelets (bangle, chain, tennis), necklaces (pendant, choker, long chain) and men's rings. If you don't find your category, write to us anyway: we will find the right approach.
How long does the process take?
From first contact to delivery, allow 4 to 6 weeks for an original creation, and 3 to 4 weeks for an adaptation of an existing design. The 3D model, if you wish, takes about an additional week.
Starting at what price?
Our custom creations start from €700. The price varies according to the type of jewelry, the weight of metal, the number and nature of stones. Specify your budget in the form and we will adapt our proposal.
Can I pay in installments?
Of course, you can pay in 3 or 4 installments with no fees using Alma.
Is a custom jewelry piece exchangeable?
Since each piece of jewelry is made according to your specifications, returns are not possible. However, if the ring size is not suitable, we resize it free of charge. Our two-year warranty covers any manufacturing defect.
Can I modify a design from your catalog?
Absolutely. You can start from any Mayuri design and personalize it: replace the stone, change the metal, adjust the dimensions or add an engraving. It is often faster and more accessible than a creation from scratch.
