What are the delivery times for an 18K rose gold bracelet?

Most of our 18K rose gold bracelets are made to order in our workshops, with a production lead time of 3 to 4 weeks. Once your bracelet has been dispatched, delivery takes 24 to 48 hours within mainland France, depending on the carrier selected (Colissimo or Chronopost).

For the few styles held in stock, orders placed before 3am are dispatched the same day; orders placed after that time are dispatched the following day. What is your returns and exchange policy?

You have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange your rose gold bracelet, provided it is unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories (box, chamois, case).
