Our manufacturer's warranty
Your Mayuri jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects:
- Silver and vermeil: 1 year
- Solid gold and Platino: 2 years
The warranty takes effect from the delivery date and covers manufacturing defects. In case of a confirmed defect, we will repair or replace your jewelry.
What is not covered: stone loss, natural wear, damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized modification.
Resizing
We offer complimentary resizing within one month of receiving your jewelry. After this period, we provide a quote upon request.
Lifetime assistance
Beyond the warranty, our team remains at your service. We take pride in finding a solution for every piece: repair quote, stone replacement, or any other service. You will never be without an answer.
How to submit a request
Contact us at bonjour@mayuri.fr with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the jewelry
- A description of the issue
We will confirm warranty coverage or provide you with a repair quote.
Shipping your jewelry: at your expense. Please use the original packaging when possible.
Processing time: approximately one month from confirmation of receipt by our workshops.
