What if the jewelry is not suitable?
You have 30 days to exchange your jewelry for free or get a refund, provided it is in new condition and in its original packaging.
What is the difference between vermeil, 9-carat gold and 18-carat gold?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option for silver and vermeil.
