Step 2: 3D mockup (optional)
Watch your bracelet take shape
Our designer creates a realistic 3D model of your bracelet. You can view it from all angles and request modifications before production begins.
€85 deducted from the order
This mockup costs €85, fully deducted from your invoice if you confirm. Timeline: approximately one week. If you're simply customizing a catalog design, the mockup isn't necessary.
Step 3: artisanal craftsmanship
From wax to finished jewel
Each bracelet is handcrafted by our jewelers: metal casting, stone selection and setting, meticulous polishing. We use 9, 14 or 18-karat gold, platinum and AAA-grade stones (G/H VVS for diamonds).
3 to 5 weeks of creation
Approximately 3 weeks to adapt an existing design, 5 weeks for an original creation.
Step 4: delivery in its case
A case worthy of the jewel
Your bracelet arrives protected in its velvet case, accompanied by its zipped pouch, its care cloth and the Mayuri certificate of authenticity.

How long to receive my bracelet?
Allow 3 weeks for a customization (change of stone, metal or length), and approximately 5 weeks for a bracelet entirely created for you.
Starting at what price?
A custom necklace starts at 700 €. The price varies according to the metal weight, type and number of stones. Mention your budget in the form, we will adjust our proposal.
How do I measure my wrist size?
Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist, just below the bone. Note the measurement in centimeters. For a rigid bangle, add 1 to 1.5 cm for optimal comfort. Our bracelets are available from 15.5 cm to 19.5 cm.
Are returns possible?
Since your bracelet is created especially for you, it cannot be returned. In case of a manufacturing defect, our two-year warranty applies.
Can I pay in installments?
Of course, you can pay in 3 or 4 installments at no extra cost with Alma.
