Step 2: 3D modeling (optional)
Your necklace preview
Our designer models your necklace in 3D. You'll see the rendering, proportions, stone arrangement, and you can request adjustments before production begins.
85 € deducted from the order
The model costs 85 €, fully deducted from the final amount if you confirm. Allow one week. If you're adapting an existing design, this step is generally not necessary.
Step 3: handcrafted production
A jeweler's craftsmanship
Chain, pendant, setting: each element is handcrafted in our workshop. We use 9, 14 or 18-karat gold or platinum, and our stones are AAA grade (G/H VVS for diamonds).
3 to 5 weeks depending on the project
A customization takes approximately 3 weeks. For an original creation with modeling, allow about 5 weeks.

In its case, ready to give
Your necklace arrives in a velvet case, with its zippered storage pouch, its care cloth and its Mayuri certificate of authenticity.

What is the price for a custom necklace?
Custom necklaces start at €700. The price depends on the metal weight, chain length, and chosen stones. Specify your budget in the form, and we will adapt accordingly.
What chain lengths are available?
We create necklaces in all lengths: choker (36-40 cm), classic length (42-45 cm), and long necklace (50 cm and more). Specify your preference in the form, or we will guide you during our first exchange.
Are returns possible?
Since your necklace is created especially for you, it cannot be returned. If the chain length is not suitable, we can make an adjustment after delivery.
Can I pay in installments?
Of course, you can pay in 3 or 4 installments at no extra cost with Alma.
